Jennifer Wilson, the owner, runs the store with a first class team that has over 50 years combined experience. EVERY order is treated with the closest attention to detail and each customer is treated with the utmost respect. We are a small business very involved in the community. We enjoy making a difference and creating a lifelong memory with our flowers and personalized service. While we are a part of Teleflora, we focus on custom designs with unique flowers. Jennifer Wilson
Jennifer has been the owner of Saddleback Flower Shop since June 2014 and she was also the designer for the previous owner for 13 years. She currently lives in San Clemente with her husband and 2 boys. Jennifer's mother and uncle owned a flower shop in San Clemente in the late 90's which is where she developed her love for floral design and business. After her mother passed from breast cancer in '02 Jennifer chose to follow in their footsteps and pursue owning a shop herself, receiving her business degree from CSU Fullerton. Jennifer enjoys creating custom designs using not only fresh flowers, but plant life and natural materials as well. Beyond design, she takes pride in her customer service. She finds that creating a relationship with each client and learning about their background and floral needs helps her excel in all areas during the process of working with them, from taking their order, to designing the bouquet, and delivery. Jennifer really takes pride in the business she has created and is eager to work with you.
